Product was like brand new.Easy to assemble and operate.Because it is cord bound I would not recomended for large yards.

I have a second home with a small front yard. This little mower is just right. The cutting width is not large but neither is my yard. This would not be good for a large area.
Mower works well and the grass catcher is easy to empty.
I would buy this again for the same size lawn

Read the reviews before I purchased. They were mixed. I especially like the fact that the bag is smaller. I don't let it get full. 15lbs is about my limit for lifting. I am 71 female. I have a corner lot and all lawn and takes me about 2 hours. I take breaks. I have a bumpy lawn and go slow and all works just fine. The largest portion is sloped and I can handle that fine by just going slow. No issue with the height level changing. Put together in about 10 minutes. It arrives in the lowest position and found that out the hard way. Mow wouldn't go. Called the number given and bingo, got the answer and away I went. Good phone service. If there were anything that could be improved, I would say the operating handle. The thin portion of the handle is toward the middle of the bar and feels our of balance pushing. Keeping my hand to the right, the handle is thick and my hand gets tired after awhile. Other thing is that there could be a balanced handle on the bag. I fear that holding the bag where the mesh meets the plastic will eventually get worn. Need two hands to empty the bag. When separating the bag, be careful so as not to litter the ground. I am thrilled to be able to mow my own lawn. I highly recommend.

We have a small lawn and did not want to buy / maintain / operate a large gas mower. This electric mower is quiet, easy to move and operate, and requires little maintenance. For us with a small lawn, it is absolutely perfect. Great product!

Very light, nifty looking lawn mower. For someone who weighs 82 lbs like I do to say it's light -- then it's very light. This could be an issue with someone who wants a "substantial" lawnmower -- a heavy one.

We used it with the grass catcher the first time, and decided to take it off for the mulched grass to be spread on the lawn. It turned out to be rather messy on the sidewalk with the mulched grass being spread all over. But if you don't mind to have some mulch grass on the sidewalk (or your neighbors don't mind), I would recommend operating it without the grass catcher.

We used the mower to mow two lawns, which our gardener had wanted to charge $100 to mow both, so we got our money's worth right away.

When we first got the shipment, we did have a problem getting two left handles. Wed had to go back and forth 3 times before the right handle with sent to us. But other than that, VG customer service and good product. Worth the money for sure. If it lasts us one full year, we would be happy. Hopefully it would last longer than a year.

I almost bought this from Amazon but thought I would do some research first. I went to the manufacturer's website [ ... ] and found it there for [ ... ] . Despite the fine products and service I've always gotten from Amazon, I couldn't pass up the chance to save $20 (price also included shipping). The only negatives: When I opened the box, the lower parts of the handles were missing! I called SnowJoe and was assured I would receive them in 5 to 8 business days. After 5 days I called back and was told there was no record of my call!!! They once again promised to send them out and 5 days later they arrived. Despite the initial inconvenience, I am pleased with the mower. The first use occurred after many leaves had fallen and it had no problem sucking them up. I did have to buy a 100 ft, 13 Amp extension cord, adding another $37 to the cost. I had a smaller cord but I'd rather have one capable of delivering the necessary power and NOT risk burning out the motor!

I am very happy with the electric mower; not much noise and it does the job on my small front yard. You just need to get use to handling the long extension cord as you mow. That's it

My wife wanted a very lightweight lawn mower that she could lift into and out of the trunk of our car. This one is about 26 pounds and she is delighted with it. There was no sign of any previous use (scratches, etc) and the lawn mower has worked perfectly for the six weeks or so that we have had it. Good vendor. Good buy.

The Sun Joe is light weight and very easy to use. For our very small lawn area this mower is ideal. I have used it 3 times so far and am very satisfied with its cut and the ease to clean after use. Highly recommended.

A good value for the money. I have a small lawn but many different types of grass. This mower had the power to cut through all of it.
